    Hey PPL

    Im doing another project.
For now im just gona move my second tank to the living room.
Ill see when ive got some cash later then ill redo the DT with new glass.

Or maybe ill just build a new and bigger setup in the same space.

Ive always wanted to do a tank here and then use it as a room devider.
    Now im doing it.

Ive cleaned the floor a bit. Just to show where the tank will be ending up.
Im not gona tile the floor now, ill do that later maybe. In the living room im gona tile anyway and the room im gona put a new carpet later on so don't really care mutch about the carpet i stuffed up. hehe.

    Have a look.

So this is the cabinet so far.
Still have alot of work to do. Im thinking of either staining it or just painting it.
First gona stain a small off cut and see how it comes out then ill decide.

Ohja, my coral bandit shrimp lost both his arms with this move.

    So what you think PPL?

Ja i felt that chiller making the wood very hot behind it. I was thinking of taking it out the cabinet and then ill put a auto topup in the spot the chiller is now. Ill then move the chiller outside the cabinet.

Now its save away from saltcreep and its nice and open. Also cleaned it.
Man it was full of dust.
What a mess to get those holes cut out for the doors.
Just waiting for the glue to dry.
Then i can start fixing it to the tank.

    Thanx man.
But im still deciding on how to do the finishing of the wood.
    Stain? Spray? or jus varnish?
Ill just take a small off cut and ill do all three on it and see how it comes out.

    Thanx alot Michael.
    And heres some progress.
Only done the top panel tonight, but with all those little curves against the wall i have to sand a bit then go fit, then sand a bit, then fit. Until it fits like a glove.

I left this top loose cos i want to put an RO auto top up drum in this space and the reason im not gluing the top is it makes it alot easier topping up the top up drum, hehe:thumbup:

    Doors

    Hi PPL

    The doors are almost done.
Just need to do the small one on the right then i have to start with the finishing.
Like sanding, hinges, handles, stain varnish or spray.

    Some pics

Still have lots to do actually. But i must say its looking good.
And im starting to like suppa wood even more and more.
Its a bit heavy and makes alot of dust but its solid man. Not like laminated pine shelving which goes all skew if you dont store it on a flat surface.

I just hope i can get a good look out of it if i stain, varnish or spray paint it.

    Any ideas PPL?

    Upgrade time

    Hey ppl.

I got a great deal on a Hailea 500A chiller.

    Also got the following pumps:
Atman 4300L/H (might use it for some thing else but not the chiller)
Waterhouse 500L/H (will use it for ATU) on this this tank
Resun 380L (Dont know where it will be used but i just had to take this)

Ill make a post in the for sale forum with two tanks, stands, skimmer, pumps and more.
