I bought some nori at picknpay some chinese brand, and my coral beauty isn't interested in the least. I was just wondering if there is any difference between this nori and the stuff they sell at the fish shops.

angles are mostly sponge, turnicate and soft coral eaters, you are better off giving him Ocean nutrition angel formula forzen food

Hi mc I've got an eibli angel its also a pygmey angel and what I noticed with mine was that he wouldn't eet the ocean nutritian nori because its dipped in garlic he eats nothing with garlic hates it and munches away on the normal chinese nori. So maybe try the garlic dipped nori might work for you

I bought some ocean nutrition pygmy angel frozen food on the weekend, seems like its mostly algae, whatever it is he loves it.The problem is when I rinse it, it breaks down into such tiny pieces I think between the angel and the clown they only eat a small amount of it and the rest goes everywhere, and im scared it will foul my water. Any suggestions would be much appreciated.:)

You not suposed to rinse the angel formula. Its a variety of mixed food held together with a gel binder. Simply cut off small pieces (depending how many fish you have), allow a while to defrost and throw it in. Washing it will break it apart and the fish wont be able to get much of it.

    Thanks 459b
I wanted to do that but was a bit paranoid of phosphates.
Will try it like that tonight.

Make sure you only give enough that the fish can consume, that should limit the phosphate problem. The angel formula is excellent food.

I will just break a piece off. The blocks are quite small I think about a third of a block should be enough for one angel.
