    i dont see a pic?

    where did you get it from? have you read up on their care and the duration your tank needs to establish before an anemone should be added..

    You can save it by giving it frequent feedings and the correct light and water parameters. How long has you tank been running now?

    Is there not someone with a more mature tank to look after it until it is healthy? A 2 week old tank might make it worse if the water parameters are not stable and the tank not cycled. Sadly the nennie will perrish and die :(

    If you don't have anyone, then at least get some Seachem stability and dose according to manufacturer specs to assist in getting water more stable for the nennie.
    Cover all the flow pumps in case it decided to move.
    Feed it every second day small pieces (6mm in size) of hake or prawn meat. You need to keep its energy levels up to survive and to produce zooanthellae and so regain its colour again.

    Kent micro-vert will do nothing for your nennie. Its a liquid food for filter feeders, coral etc. Do NOT add it at this stage, you will only foul your water. You need to feed your nennie small pieces of solid food.

    If I were you I would largely disregard the advice of your LFS, there are experts here that will offer far better unbiased advice. Do research before you do anything, this site has a wealth of knowledge in its archives, and if you have an specific queries with regards to your nennie we even have a specialist with a board dedicated to them. I would definitely follow all the excellent advice that tobes has offered so far. Seachem stability has a good reputation for stabilising new tanks so I would put that at the top of your list!

    For our full assistance, please take the type to describe your current setup in full detail. Filtration, lighting, skimmer, livestock, amount of liverock etc etc. And pictures! Pictures tell a thousand words mate. We are here to assist, just give us the tools to help you.

    For the sake of the thread I am going to post some of the pics in your album - let me know if they are no longer up to date or accurate.

    I would definately try to find someone with a more mature system to help this anemone. I also recommend keeping clownfish away from it for a while. Feed only raw meaty food.

    @shaunnorth

    as per our pm discussion, you cabn see that your system is very immature to be able to handle the requiremenst of the anemone let alone the pressure the additional feeding needed will put on your filtration..

    the microvert is a liquid food that is pointless as pointed out.. the meaty foods will be the best option (may i even suggest soaking them in a vitimin) but you need to have a propertly functioning skimmer.. Anemones sometimes regurgitate the food and it can float behind rockwork where it will rot and foul your water and you will be none the wiser untill you experience sudden deaths of things..

    so i would strongly urge you to find someone capable of providing an established system at the very least but ideally somone with more experience with anemones to keep it untill your system and knowledge has grown to be able to handle its demands..

    believe me it is in the best interest of your system to follow the advice given by the members above..

    Not the best place for it. I would suggest he starts a new one in the for sale forum.
