Can I ask how old is your tank? How long it has been running?

To be honest, I think your tank is to young to be keeping anemones. They like very mature tanks. Has your tank finished its cycle? Those rocks and substrate are to clean to have undergone a cycle imo

Today I will be returning it until I get the right lighting, I was told that it was ok. Now I'm learning more so I will give it more time.

Looks like a condy anemone they shouldn't of sold you the anemone if they new that you a beginner and that your talk is 3 months old
