    Hi peeps

I bought an anemone tube worm, which is bright yellow inside and all the tentacles on the outside. It is so light that the slightest current just blows it away. How can I place it? Does it mind strong current or not? It's base is long and brown with no base like a normal anemone. Will paste a pic soon.

I think you need to bury a bit of it's base in the substrate...?

Yes, if it's a tube anemone then it needs to be buried in the substrate. If your sand is not deep enough, take a piece of pvc pipe that is slightly longer than the nennies tube. Place the pipe upright between rocks and put the nennie in holding it so that a little bit of the tube sticks out (to prevent sand from falling inside the tube). Now fill the pipe with the substrate, preferably fine sand.
They don't need light like other anemones to survive, but they need food. And don't put it too close to your other corals as well.
