Hi all i have noticed this pink anemone looking thingy between my zoas. Blends is so well so have to spot the very inflated "ZOA" to see what i mean, any idea of what kind of an anemone this could be ???

    Dibs :)

Majano do seem to pop out between zoa colonies. But it is still very small to say with certainty.

not mojano. Mojano have like a double ring of tentacles.

Also does not look very aggressive as it does not seem to sting the zoa.

    Maybe an overinflated zoa...

Some of the majano I have seen has a single ring of tenticles.

Either way if a anemone it would not be good for the zoa colony in that spot?

@G DP all zoas around it still opens and seem to be happy, so clearly it does not seem to be a tread to them, thus my thinking that it might be a small type of maybe a sand neni, majano is quite aggressive and i am sure that it would be present if it was aggrevating the zoas...

 I never said you were dumb as it came straight from your fingers:tt2:. You asked for it...

To me it's one of the two either an over inflated zoa as it col is same as the colony or a mimic majano & my gut say majano.;)

I have seen quite a few majano grow between zoas with no apparent effect on them.

But let's see what it turns into :)

What does your other majano look like?
