Its mouth has been like this for more than a month, someone said is should feed them so i have been feeding them twice a week for a month now but they still look the same

It mouth always stays like this... the bubble doesnt go back in

Seems to be healthy to me, not bleached or anything, I wouldnt worry too much about the mouth unless you see it gaping open.
