So got home tonight to find my nemmie is on walkabout (hasn't moved in many weeks, added a couple of corals at the weekend, not close though) and the little fool was feeling up the power head

So I fed it a little piece of shrimp, I think it took it. I'm not sure of what else to do?
Is it just a waiting game to see if it heals up or should I be doing something else as well?
    Any help would be welcome.

It will be fine as long as the foot is not damaged... The tentacles will be fixed in a few days. It's the foot you need to worry about.

What size tank is it? You might need to do a water change

Agree on with @ScubaLover22 on the water change. The tentacles release its venom when chopped up like that. Mine was completely destroyed by my mp40. The rest of my corals suffered a while afterwards. The damage don't look too bad. Think it should recover nicely. Just give it time

If the anemone was otherwise healthy then it should recover, please look into anemone-proofing your powerheads, it may save a lot of heartache in the future.:)

Agree with this. Use a sponge to put around the powerhead it also counts as a filter. Would need a lot of cleaning though

Nemmie has healed up fine, a little less growth than the other but probably to be expected.
    Thanks again all

Found this nemmie dead last night. He had started moving around a lot over the past week or so, went missing for a couple of days and last night found its rotting corpse behind a ricordia rock.

Have no idea what happened, everything else looks happy.

    :(

A wandering anemone is generally an unhappy anemone, something is bothering it, did you have sufficient lighting for it? Are all your parameters ok?

Nothing changed in the last 3/4 months other than adding a phosphate reactor.
    Weird

Maybe throw some iodine in the tank, I know it helps nems heal more quickly
