Firstly a mature tank, good lighting, flow and feed them with small pieces of fish or seafood once or twice a week

No, you need very strong lighting, a minimum of 150w Metal Halide, otherwise the anemone will lose colour and go white, this is commonly known as bleaching.

8000K will be ok but we need to know how many watts and what type of lights they are. Are they T5, T8, Metal Halide, Power Compacts etc.? Can you post a picture of your lighting?

T8's are no good for anemone's. T5's may be ok but you will need 3 or 4 of them at 10000K, I strongly suggest you try to mount a 150w Metal Halide over your tank.

Keep feeding the anemone every 2 or 3 days until you get your lights sorted out, just feed it small amounts, nothing too big or it will be unable to eat it and it will spit the food out.

When you do get your Metal Halide you must be careful that the anemone does not get light shock from the sudden change in light, the Metal Halide is very powerful and may damage the anemone if it is too close, try to mount the new light about 30cm's above the tank when you first put it in and only put the light on for 1 hour on the first day, every day after that leave the light on for an extra hour, so day 2 is 2 hours of light, day 3 is 3 hours of light etc. etc. Once you are back to your normal lighting hours, 8 or 9 or whatever, then start lowering the Metal Halide until it is about 20cm's above the water, after that everything should hopefully be fine.
