Anemone advice

    Hi i have a Ritteri Anemone in my tank,as this is my first time keeping an anemone not knowing that it has been said that a Ritteri Anemone is one of the hardest to keep my Tank is Mature and is over 2 years old ,However last night i feed it and it ate light was on as i have metal hightlight lights and after a while i saw it was deflated but this morning it is still a bit deflated as well as its mouth is opening and closing from time to time and i saw that around its mouth it is green and around the bottom of its tenicales as well all of this got me worried any advice as to what is going on and next steps to take

    Check this afternoon when you get home again. They can deflate while taking a "poo". Getting rid of the leftovers

    Alright and as far as lightining for how many hours to they need light ?

    You said you got MH lightning.
    What wattage?

    How deep is the anemone under water?

    2-150 watt metal hightlights and it has settled in at about 40-50 cm under water

    That should be fine, they like strong light and decent flow. As Riaan said, they do tend to deflate sometimes.
