    LED Spot light for saltwater aquaria.

    aquasunspot are constructed using 1 watt power LED´s. The combination of white (10,000 K) and blue LED’s results in a perfect colour spectrum for coral reef aquariums. The light efficiency is c. 90 lumen/watts.
    aquasunspot 3 can be used in standard light fittings usually used for 12 V (~ or=) halogen lamps with a 2 pin socket (GU 5,3). aquasunspot 7 and aquasunspot 12 can be used in light fittings using the E27 socket; aquasunspot 12 is also compatible with PAR lamps.

    Ok this seems very very cool, cant wait for this, wonder how much they will cost, can see they constructed nicely as well, heatsink built into the lamp

    Very cool lighting.
    Not such a good sign if the pics of them are all on tanks with NPS corals.

    I'm sure I seen these lights sold under another "non reefing" name for house hold use...Mmmmm

    Yeah, I've heard that the 1mm LEDs lose their punch VERY quickly? Cant substantiate that tho... And agreed - kinda wierd that the whole tank is NPS.... Very suspect! ;-)

    @lighty - i've definitely seen these around for household use!
