Hi guys my aveoporia which i have for about 6 months now has lost color on 1 of its 'branches"...it still extends beautifully etc.

I recently moved it to another spot in my tank, i think has a bit too much flow?

Otherwise everything is the same..water params are good , more or less the same hight in the tank etc

    Any ideas

Frans, do u mean Alveopora? If so they do like low flow, and can also be finicky maybe the move upset it? I recently had one for a few days 3 brances 1 of them looked like it had died back a bit, but it was still opening up and looking good, but i had it in a bit too much flow so moved it around a bit...within 3 days the alveopora was no more. Just my experience with them. They also i believe have the reputation of dying after 6 months or so like goniaporas. Hope it comes right man, they beautiful corals!

thanx kunhard...sorry my spelling was bad

no die back...just turned white on one branch...im also thinking it might be a flow issue so i will have to decide...move again or sit and see what happens:p
