Ocean, it is 15 forum pages, which is insanely long winded. Can you summarise it ?

Hi Ocean i told you before that it is better to do a water change with salt than sea water,i do a 50lt water change once a week and 2 hours after i will use reefbuilder and reef buffer for kh and ph the next day i use reefadvantage calcium that also contains magn, stront that sorts my levels out for the week.Remember that you can not dose kh,ph,cal the same day it does not work.

    Chemistry and the Aquarium

I found this link quite useful. It's about getting the sweet spot again on four different scenarios (Calcium and alkalinity).
