Okay so I succesfully made a algae scrubber but it is placed above my jager 300w heater in sump,so as the water comes down the mesh it falls into sump right on top of the heater and all those bubbles will that be a problem?will it short?

The bubbles wont do a thing and as long as your scrubber grows algae all should be fine. Post some pics of your scrubber and give us some specs to ensure the advice you get is the best.
