Hi . I recently added a zetlight zt6500 to my tank ,ive had the lights running for a week . Ive set the lights on 100% . I have reset them to factory settings yesterday. I dont know if it is photosynthesis as the bubbles only appear a few minutes after the lights come on

More than likely harmless nitrogen gas bubbles, they will disappear once your tank has matured.

I'd say it's more then likely small amounts of oxygen being created from algae etc growing especially cause you had your lights at 100 percent. As you said it's photosynthesis.
