    Hi All

I have a choice between either a pair of African or Ocellaris clown for my first fish.

I like the look of both types but not sure on which to go for.

Anyone have experience or advice on which to choose?

Whats your size tank? I don't have a pair, but I am thinking of taking my African clown out because he wingles his way into the sand bed perhaps just to make himself at home. Still very annoying, as I have to clean my fine sand off my rocks every single day. Your rock work needs to be stable as well

My Ocellaris in the other tank never does this.

Yes, definitely ocellaris, African clowns can get big and mean, not a type of fish you want in a nano.
