advise

I just purchased a STC-1000 temp controller now am i having a blonde day or must you bridge the wires somewhere because i am getting NO power to the Heat or Cool the setting are done and it shows cooling but gives no power to the chiller also the otherway probe into cold water and it shows heating but no power to the heater am i missing something here or is it a faulty unit regards Rick

There is a topic on the stc1000 from reef aquatics there is a wiring diagram on the post. What have you set it on ? There is a safety setting so if you have set it for 3 minutes , your fan/chiller will only come on after 3 minutes .
