Hi, if I'm wanting to add cooling fans to an LED heatsink, what is the best direction to have the fans blowing, down onto the heatisnk or drawing up and away from the heatsink?

    Thanks.

    With the fans on top.

That is one part of the Radion light fixtures that I never could understand. Why are their fans mounted on the underside, blowing up, into the unit. sucking the more moist air above the tank in. Or does it not really matter if you do hang them at the correct height? should be about 25-28cm above the water. At that height, does it really matter if the fans is mounted above or below the led unit?
