Acclimate anemone lighting

    HI there guys. I have just introduced an anemone to my tank and I just wanted to ask, how long should I leave the light off?

    Not sure who told you, you should keep the lights off, acclimation means slowly from one environment to another, so where ever it comes from take that lighting and slowly get it used to your system.

    I didn't acclimate the lighting. Anemone hid till it was comfortable to come out.
