A nano cube 24G, OK, what is left over from the original system. Just the curved glass and bottom panel are still in the original state.

System is actually @Gesiggie system. But with Potchefstroom power outages the tank just suffered more and more. Lost all her fish, except the clown pair. The big starfish did survive as well. Tank recovering nicely and between the 2 of us we will decide the fate of this system by the year end.

    First a FTS.

Side, should have cleaned that panel.... oops. Look at the sump... Look down...

Nice one Riaan. I have an old Boyu nano lying around and im thinking about drilling it and adding a sump like what you have done. May just put it in my office.

@Willie85 Flats and generators does not work out so nicely. Although ground unit, it is not very secure just standing outside.

@Morak yip and thanks. Even running ozone. SAGA ATU, MP10 plus 2 Seio, 54W LED, Bubble Magus skimmer. STC for fans and heaters. Not sure there are much more that can be added.

@Mekaeel sump is or was a standard 60L Daro tank. Stand is built so that it bolts together and can be taken apart to put it into a car boot. Cabinet are all loose panels for transportation. Yeah, you can build one up for the office.

Looking good, miss @Gesiggie stories. She made her tank come to life, with the names and characters.

    Thanks

you are more that welcome to come around, help me prepare the tank...

Yip, all her fish had names.

Agree. Not much else that can be added. Except a doser maybe. Tank is running rather well.

This tank had its fourth birthday yesterday.

Celebrating it with a small flood...

I forgot to clean the overflow grid and it blocked up.

Added a reactor with Seachem Matrix.

Now the sump is fully loaded.

    IMG_20160117_081247[1].jpg

From the side. Can see the reactor at the right hand side behind everything. Plus a 50mm ball valve on the down pipe. Now its even more silent. Doubt that I would be able to fit anything else extra on this tank.

    another small little improvement.

Added a box or boot to the back of the tank. MP10 controller, Auto top up, STC-1000, LED lights controllers and ozone unit now all in there. Remove from the humid sump environment.
