Morning all, I thought i'd share a little bad experience I had this week.I was booked off from work with the common cold for Tuesday and Wednesday,On Wednesday morning around 05h00 I woke up with a pain in my chest stood up out of bed and felt kind of lameness on my left hand side, ignored it and went to the bathroom and climbed back into bed. I woke up around 10h00 had a bath went to the garage to see what i could do instead of just sitting around. Man I felt bad just walking there when I realised there was something wrong, jumped in my car and dashed to the doc's room where the doc told me I could have had a possible stroke in the early hours of the morning.I was admitted to hospital where this was confirmed and was discharged yesterday. Im okay now just a bit of sagging on the left hand side of my face and lameness in my arm and leg.But this will all come back to normal with physio.Well Im off for twoooo weeks  now to relax and forget about work.
The cause was stress related and cholesterol. So have you cholesterol check regularly and find ways to de-stress and relax you will never know what could happen.

Good for you, the sad thing is we know we aren't eating right or exercising properly yet it takes something like this to happen before we do something about it, too many people are dying too young unnecessarily.

That means no more red chips for you Mekaeel :p
