    Hey all

Just looking for some advise / opinions. I plan on keeping mainly softies and some lps, I don't think I'll be keeping sps. I might be able to get away with one Vertex Illumilux which will cost a lot less than the Razer, but I might also planning on getting two Vertex Illumilux in total in the future.

I've heard the Razer looks amazing on paper, but in looking at it in real life the colour / look isn't that impressive. I personally have no idea cause I haven't seen it myself.

I'm leaning towards the vertex, as my tank is gonna be quite shallow, but would like to get opinions from people if possible? :)

    Thanks

Are you getting decent spread across the full tank or are there dark spots at both ends? I am looking for something for my 120 and was a bit worried the Razor wouldn't give full coverage.

you might get away with it if its a softy tank, maybe. but so you want to limit yourself to that? What about upgrades. get the MAXspect razor it's great value for money.

I can show you one on a 70cm deep sps tank if you want. Ask @difficultmarine. They have phenomenal punch
