I have a 9000 mm tank (standard) I am currently running 4 T5 lights on it.

Is there value in adding and additional 2 lights now to assist with the sps growth.

I'm planning on upgrading to LED lights in the next 4 months but would like to still get the most out of the current setup.

As standards can be a matter of opinion, please list the exact dimensions of the tank.

If you are referring to a standard 90mm long tank as I know it:
Your best bet would be to rather invest in some good quality globes (ATI / Giesemann) and individual reflectors (specular aliminium gull wings), which should give you more than enough light to grow and colour sps.
Adding another two globes on a standard 900mm tank will be a waste of electricity and light.....
