5999 TV channels for R50 once off ?!?

Has anybody seen or tried this... it seems too good to be true if not illegal!

If it works it could be quite cool... but I'm sure you would need a decent internet connection!

I bought it from ebay, I think it was $2.

It does work sort of, some of the channels don't work, but you need to have a big cap and a fast connection. I dunno, it's kind of ok I guess although I haven't used it for ages.

What sort of connection do you think would be adequete ... a 1Mb line?
Seems like they've got alot of the DSTV channels on there.... sure beats the R440 DSTV subscription.
What is the quality like?

Hmmm I had something like that once. It was free. The channels aren't really the same as DSTV because they are the american ones not the european ones which we get. It's only vaguely watchable.
