    Hallo all reefers.
I have decided to upgrade my tank to a better and stronger tank.
    The size will be 1200(L) x 500(W) x 500(H)
It will be built out of 10mm glass with a 20mm bottom
    50mm x 10mm top and bottom bracing
100mm x 10mm center bracing at the top
Water level will be at 470mm with corner overflow
50mm return hole drilled at the bottom
25mm supply hole drilled at the bottom

The stand will be built out of 76mm x 25mm x 2mm retangular tubing and will be 946mm high.

    Any comments?
Don't know how to upload pics from google sketch-up,if anyone can help me on that one please

Export and save it to a j-peg format. Then upload them

This will be super overkill. You'd just be spending more money and creating more things to deal with than you need. That center piece will irritate you when scaping and that 20mm base will just make everything much heavier than it needs to be. With 10mm glass you do not need to do all this. Eurobracing on the top and bottom of the tank will be sufficient.

Finally the stand is finished. Here is a pic. Please tell me if the stand is good enough for the tank. It's made of 76x25x2mm retangular tubing
