hey so this is my IM 38 gallon, i would like to go larger sometime, but as a student its a bit hard to afford bigger systems.

so some basic background, i began this hobby around 10 or so when me and dad started up a 90 gallon, but had to give it away when we moved to Saudi. i started a small 20 litre nano which il post up soon in Dubai, and finally i began this when i moved back to South Africa.

had a lot of help from friends and family who fell in love with the tank, and also from my boss at exclusive pets who helped a ton

thanks for the good comments XD
    - the tank is an IM (innovative marine) 38 gallon
-skimmer is a aqua one Skimate 7201, a lil small for the tank :(
    - light is the Aquabeauty 105 watt

and shockingly maintenance is pretty small, i use Nopox and Red sea ABC
I do ten percent water changes every second week and once a month i use a toothbrush just to scratch out some of the hair algae growing in there.
oh and the setup is around 5 months old

im debating removing those waving hands since their spreading quite fast everywhere, to replace it with some other corals

removed some of the rock, wanted to open up a bit of space, began with a slight issue with green hair algae, so upgraded the skimmer. currently I'm in abu dhabi visiting family, so I'm gna head back soon and wana sell of or replace some of the corals i have in there, specifically the leather coral, some mushrooms maybe and the waving hand. i wana replace them with corals that glow under the uv lights XD

Absolutely stunning! Proves that it isn't necessary to have a sps or lps dominant tank to have a beautiful tank! Well done
