    Hi All,

    Question:
I have a 4 Foot Tank with a Wooden Cabinet top and need to upgrade the lighting by adding a Metal Halide 150W Light.

What Kelvin Rating should i go for and where could I get the Globe and Fitting for a good price?

Fitting and control gear: Radiant light fitting, every decent electrical place sells them, should be around R400 for both.

    Light: The lamp house

This is if you want to DIY it, otherwise try one of the sponsors for a lighting unit.

It depends on what you like. Do you like a blue tank or a white tank. 14000K = Crisp White, 20000K = Blue Tinge. If you do go for the blv globes from the lamp house, their globes are whiter than most, so in other words their 20000K globe produces a crisp white look.
