I'm not feeding my corals directly or intentionally but I can see my blasto catches the odd piece of mysis I feed my fish. I still dose fuel once a month or when I see the softies need a bit of a boost.

It's always nice to see what can be done on a smaller budget. I believe people can still create a beautiful tank without having the latest, greatest and most expensive corals/fish.

I know the closest we get to PE in the Transkei. The water is too cold from PE to Cape Town for tropical species to survive.
