    Amphipods

Sure. Since I am mainly a Canon shooter, I have used their 100mm macro lenses (all of them) and the MP-E 65 5:1 macro lens - all brilliant.

    Amphipods

Depends on "new"? I have had this one for 2 years now. I sold the Nikon E200 more than 2 years ago. They cannot be compared as they are different classes of scopes.

    Harpacticoid copepod

Thanks. Nope, this copepod was just resting. Once I was done I put it back in the tank, still very much alive.

    Predatory Isopod

Depends. On the last two photos I was at F6 and F9 or so. Manual mode. Shutter was at 1/200 I think. FLUO-C4 is the name I assigned to my fluorescence cube in compartment 4, which has excitation spectra of 330-480nm and a long pass filter at 496nm. POL is polarized (cross polarizers). The...

    Predatory Isopod

Found this bad guy on my neon goby - so just before I killed it I took some photos (they kill fish so I had to kill it). 20140501-DSLR_IMG_0003-2.jpg by pwnell, on Flickr Predator isopod - reef aquarium, 4x, DF 20140501-DSLR_IMG_0045-2.jpg by pwnell, on Flickr Predator isopod - reef...

    Marine invertebrates

The best I have on file is the one attached. Hard to get underneath them and take a photo with a 3kg camera... But I might just try this one day.

    Aiptasia polyp

I found this baby Aiptasia polyp on the glass panel of my new reef aquarium. Very cute up close, just sad this is such a hated pest in our aquariums. 20140214-20140214-DSLR_IMG_0001.jpg by pwnell, on Flickr Aiptasia polyp, 4x*1.6, POL 20140214-20140214-DSLR_IMG_0024.jpg by pwnell, on...
