What is it?
Sometime back we were chatting around an idea for The Aquaria-SA Team to be available to our ‘family’ 24/7 with queries and assistance. Lawrence (as he often does!!) came up with an innovative idea that was different and we believe, a world first for our awesome hobby.
After nearly seven solid months of putting ideas into action our developers (OVERFLOW) put together our NEW Aquaria-SA APP. This is definitely a first for South Africa and probably the first full aquarium APP in the world.
What can this APP do for you and your aquarium?
*IT HAS A CONTACT US SECTION WHERE DIRECT CONTACT CAN BE MADE WITH OUR TEAM VIA SOCIAL MEDIA, EMAIL OR TELEPHONICALLY.
*IT HAS A FULL WATER PARAMETER SELF-HELP SECTION THAT ASSISTS YOU WITH THE BASIC DO’S AND DON’TS TO HELP KEEP YOUR AQUARIUM IN TIP TOP CONDITION. (This feature will also automatically update as the APP develops)
*IT WILL BE ABLE TO KEEP RECORDS OF ALL YOUR WATER TESTS AND WILL KEEP RECORDS ALLOWING YOU TO REFER BACK TO LOOK AT YOUR AQUARIUM’S PREVIOUS RESULTS. (This feature will also automatically update as the APP develops)
*IT HAS A FIND US SECTION WITH GOOGLE MAP NAVIGATOR WHERE WE ARE ABLE TO GUIDE YOU TO YOUR NEAREST AQUARIA STORE
*IT HAS A FISH GUIDE THAT WILL ASSIST YOU WHEN PURCHASING A SPECIFIC SPECIES, GIVING YOU INFORMATION AND THE REQUIREMENTS TO KEEP THE SPECIES. (This feature will also automatically update as the APP develops)
*IT HAS A CORAL AND INVERT GUIDE THAT WILL ASSIST YOU WHEN PURCHASING A SPECIFIC SPECIES, GIVING YOU INFORMATION AND THE REQUIREMENTS TO KEEP THE SPECIES. (This feature will also automatically update as the APP develops)

How do you get your copy of the APP now?
Firstly you need an Android device. Then go to Google Play store and simply type the following “aquaria sa” and search, click download now and then you have it…
BUT yes there is always a BUT….You need to hurry as the first 100 uploads only will be FREE for life. Thereafter there will be a once off charge of R50.00. This money will go towards the upkeep, upgrades and the running of the App on Google play and other devices in the future.
