Hi Irie as we sell purely pre owned goods there is no warranty but in most cases we test the object in front of the customer to ensure that they are happy. on the very rare occasion when not or cant be tested with the customer we offer an exchange or credit note or if faulty we do a refund as any of our previous customers will verify hope this answers you question regards Rick
