Hey there ppl.

The side pannels is done and.
Have a look at this.

Sorry about the skew pics but dident have time to turn them.

So what do you guys think about my tank panels?
Now i just need wood for doors then wala.

very nice work... well done... butherman is correct, install an extractor fan to help with humidity otherwise your hinges will start to rust...
 
Smaller water spillage is not a problem. no need to mop up, carpet already soaked it up. :thumbup:

I know that sounds sarcastic, but in your case you need to be care full with that. Get into a habit to put a towel down in front of the tank every time you stick your hands into the tank or sump.
Else you might need to move the tank to do a carpet replacement.

The board on the sump, is it polystyrene or wood?

Hi there

Yes i know thats gona be a broblem. I already use a towel when i work in the tank or sump. But im gona have a problem one of these days. I want to tile the living room.

Any sugeustions on how i move the tank when i tile?
No its n polestireen cover to stop the water evaperation a little.

Ive got a gap at the back of the tank of about 100mm. Will that be fine or do i still need a fan? Ill take a pic and post it to show you.

Local Hermits, those that you get in Natal.
Mostly Blue Eyed Hermits and Yellow Tip Hermits

there are others, but 99% you will get one of these. There are others down to Knysna, but I'm not sure if they can really handle the tropical water temperature for long periods - like the rest of their lives.
