I recently here in gordons bay at bikini beach books purchased 'the nano reef handbook' by chris r brightwell for R20 - utterly serious, checking the LFS i found the same book R560!!!!! i couldnt believe it so i bout another marine book there for R40, LFS= R500. if u are interested in these books, just say and i will see what they have left. rahhh, too much PM ing:slayer: re read my first post dudes, bikini beach books!! it has millions of second hand and new books and i mean millions,the books i bought were brand new. Just drive into gordons bay and its 3 shops down from the italian restaurant 'al fornos' very easy to find. :thumbup:

Hi, im in miller street, its just above the main road going through gordons bay, some books are on the table outside on the right and there are some more inside on the right hand side of the shop :thumbup:
 
Howzit bud, I am not going to flood your PM inbox, can you get a "brief list" of some of the marine books still available and find out from them if they are able to get more of the same should they be "sold out" in the near future.

I am super interested in getting some of the books but I am up in JHB, to save even R1000 on books is still not going to cover my petrol to drive down there to have a look for myself.

I don't want to resell, just want to get a few books for my own library so that I have a decently stocked and comprehensive veriety of information at hand - other than internet

I googled, yellow paged, white paged and just came up with info about the book store but unfortunately nothing to do with a phone number.

yeap, thats the place zombie, i can actaully see it from my house and its open till like 10 30 at night. if you like books, its a definite must see, im goin tomorro to see what they have left.
