Free living dome shaped corals. Juvelines start life as attached polyps

Moderate to intense lighting, but care must be taken to acclimatise these corals to high levels of lighting

These corals are very tolerant of a wide range of flow

Fungia will accept meaty chunks of food and have good prey capturing abilities

Generally very hardy corals
Mostly non aggressive but can be at times

The need to be put on the substrate as they sometimes tend to "walk" across the surface.
