Hey all,

I bought a Reef Octo OCTX-160 from a fellow reefer but thanks to sapo it came to me with a broken "leg". What glue do you suggest I use to fix it? I took it to Maizeys today but they have no idea what it is.

To top it off, I dropped the lid and broke a chunk of it off - Maizeys sold me some stuff called "Tensol no. 12" to fix it. Anybody know if it's reef-friendly?

They said that I shouldn't use it on the leg as it wouldn't work and that I'd be wasting my time if I tried....

Anybody have any better ideas?

I was going to go look for the same stuff to glue my PVC together tomorrow. 2 birds with 1 stone. Sweet!

Thanks man!

its called CG coral glue it.s made by ecomarine.

I have used it to glue frags, can be applied under water(apparently), cures in 5 min.
I bought some for my tank, but have ended up glueing all sorts of weird things! even glued the mic back onto a gaming headset! its a little expensive but i think its worth it.
