Hi Guys, I recently posted a request looking for spares for my Vertex Doser which I had bought used from Rick at Secondwaves. Although I have closed that thread, Im pleased to say that Rick and Sharon went out of their way to assist me. Not only trying to source a pump from the distributor (who wanted to charge the earth), but also trying to import one directly. To cut a long story short, they managed to sort out the doser and all 3 pumps now work perfectly. Im extremely grateful for the assistance and customer service from Sharon and Rick and will continue to give them all my support!!
