Hi guys.Can anyone plz help I see that after I cleaned off the silicone from the glass of tank it looks as if its got a kind of oily surface the glass is not clear.What can I use to clean the glass so that its cristal clear

Try a sharp blade (Stanley knife blade). They work very well. Just be careful not to scratch the glass.

Idid use a blade.I want to know if there is something Ican use to clean the class like the stuff used to clean the windows of the house

Acetone. not the nail cleaning one. the one from the hardware.

put some on 100%cotton cloth and wife. Just dont get it on the silicone joins

Bostic makes a silicone remover, it works like a bomb!!!! Just was your tank properly before filling it with saltwater!

methylated spirits and a sharp blade and ALOT of elbowgrease and attention to detail..

there is no quick fix, and preperation of the glass is paramount to the sucess of the structure holding once bonded...

take your time do it right...
