Sea Hare

I have finally purchased my sea hare..i have only seen it when i have released it from the bag..up until now i have not seen it since. It is somewhat a bit worrying but can somebody please tell me if this is normal behavior..

They can hide, good camouflage.
What size did you buy?

I found them needing more algae than my tank can provide.

I have lots of algae to provide them...the one i bought was approximately between 5cm - 7cm maybe. I am doing my landscaping over on Tuesday so maybe i will comes across this camouflage Ninja..my tank has an overgrow of hair algae..since it over heated..so i am planing to re-scape it and do some maintenance and some and some..i will let you know wednesday if i came across it somewhere..thanks

Indeed, they are expert hiders. You'll see him again, if he survives acclimation and all that.

Mine only comes out at night, maybe you should search for him at night , maybe you will have some luck.

Thanks for the replies mine settled in nicely and has already made a huge difference wrt the GHA in my DT..they are amazing grazers..thanks again
