qt rock

Hi some advice here i took some rock out of the qt tank how do i make sure that it's clean and contains no medication or copper and how to clean it as need to use it in another tank. Thanks.

just leave it in your garden and get other rock for your tank.. instead of introducing this or that into rock pools or wherever even if it may be in small quantity

So you would rather kill off your coastline. That rock could contain pathogens or bacteria or pest that our coastline cant deal with and possibly damaging the eco system. Rather toss it in your garden

you can clean the rock with a mild pool acid solution.

That will eat up the outer layer of rock, even on the inside. Will remove metals and any other pests as well. Just use Google on the top of this page to search how.
