...I’m assuming that these frequencies are designed for humans, does anybody know of where I can get more information on the affects of PWM on reef systems?

Fluorescent lamps also "flicker" - at 50hz if using normal ballasts and at much higher frequencies when using electronic ballasts, and I doubt that the PWM "flicker" will have any different effect than that of the fluorescents, for what it's worth...

I would use the static and dimmer modes, but lets wait and see.

The thing that caught my eye, is the supplier reckons these will replace the halogen ParCan lights, and those are insanely bright.
