I think that there are many ways NP pellets can be used. All depends on what you are trying to achieve. And the type of system. But if the primary object is to reduce nitrates due to heavy fish stocking I am inclined lean towards the denitrator.

But if you want to feed corals heavily with all the live plankton and rotifiers that are becoming available then NP is the rout to go.

How ever, i will still feed the system a beneficial bacteria strain, so it may be dominant.
