Also are you pumping the water to your DT and also pumping water from your skimmer tank to your sump?

You going have trouble with the skimmer pumping water to your sump. If Its faster/slower than the return, one of the tanks will eventually empty.

Also I would raise the fuge , so return goes there and then gravity feeds to main DT. This way all the pods etc will end in DT

nothing wrong with diffrent levels. if you can make the dsb bigger by having the skimmer in another tank. I say go for it

might want to add the refugium after the skimmer/sump. The macro algae will trap alot of detritus. Also having it after all other fitration will mean more pods end up in the DT.

They dont have to be exatly like that, just an idea, them dont even need to be directly above one another. You could even have the refugium lower than the dsb sump. and just move the return pump to the refugium tank.

Balancing pumps will never work. One pump got a piece of cheato in and it will perform slower that the other one. You will end up with either a flood or burnt out pump.

Lift the skimmer compartment. So that it overflow to the last tank.

It will all work out like u want it to in the end dude, no stress lol....... Gravity works best, so dnt use 2 pumps, no 2 pumps run exact same
