I'm selling this multi room amplifier the functions are:

• 4 channels stereo sound sources output together at the same time. Built in mp3 player, dvd player, tuner, and an auxiliary input port
• 8 zones hi fi stereo sound output, every zone can select sound source, track of music and adjust volume individually.
• wall mounting control panel.
• remote control for unit and each control panel.
• every room controls volume and selects sound source individually.
• able to edit and set to play 99 programs at certain time of day, and can rotate the program week by week.
• every zone can control on/off, volume, treble, bass individually.
• It comes with 4 control pads, the other 4 can be purchased if needed.

This unit i have had for a few months not used it so in new condition.

and if a user is listening to an mp3, can another room user select a different mp3 at the same time?

I don't think it can each room can select one of the 4 sources
