mg advice

hi i cant seem to make my magnesium level higher
it is standing at 1200
ph 8.0 -8.3
kh 10.5
ca 440
nitrate 25 du to rescaping a few rocks
added purigen filter to lower nitrates bt not doing much
ATI phosphate remover a bag of no name carbon
specs:
1.5 meter tank 1.2 meter sump
+- 70 kg lvrock
lrg finger leather
3sml leather corals
1 small pin cusion
few grn/red mushrooms scatterd everywhr
lots of pulsing xenia
1 white anemone dont no what typ pet shop tld me he will change color
FISH:
xtrlrg yellow tang
lrg perculia clown
sml perculia
1x some diff typ o9f african clown
diamond bck goby
sml yellow tail damsel
sml reegal tang
cleaner shrimp

What do you add to try and make it climb?

Add epson salt.
There should be a formula on the net.
Just keep a eye on your salinity.

I pushed mine up to 1350 from 800 with robertson epson salt

If I were you I would get another brand test kit and double check that your Mg levels are indeed low. I twice made the mistake of trusting a single test kit (once Salifert and once Elos) and raised my Magnesium using one of the off the shelf brands. I ended up bleaching all my coral due to something in these additives that the coral did not like.
