How and with what do you target feed the suncoral? Also how often?

I use a mixture of frozen Mysis,Artemia,Marine Mix and Prime Reef which I defrost in the tank water. I do not defrost in microwave, I let it stand out till it reaches room temperature. I use a Turkey baster to suck it up and slowly release the food clse to the heads. It is a loteasier if their is no or little flow. I normally just have the uplift pump running.

I target feed everything that needs to be fed three times a week.
