Lighting after cycle

Hi all, do I start with a few hours on each day and build up to my max no of hours that I will be using, or is it on for max no of hours from the start. Please note cycle is finished. Thanks ppl, have a great day.

From my personal experience, i started my lighting off slow then gradually increased it over time. Somebody might have another suggestion?

Thanks Muraad. Will wait and see what others say. Thinking it would be best to increase over a month or so adding an hour a week till I get up to max no of hours a day. I am only going to run lights for a max of 6 hours a day. On at 15hoo & off at 21hoo. Is this in order.

start with small intervals increasing on coral addition, the more demanding the coral the longer the period.

zoa's, mushrooms etc ect can survive on as little as 3 hours of light a day with food addition to the system.
