It seems to be some sort of foam fractionation device with an interesting water drain inside, I wonder what the hell you keep inside this thing lol

But I do think the outlet was modified. Supposed to have a ball valve. The bubble plate design inside is not on the TS range. And it seems that it is supposed to have 2 pumps, a recirculation and a feeder pump. Feeder pump might be replaced by plumbing directly into your overflow.

Tend to agree with Midnight Reefer. Looks like DNW 150.
