Wow ur tank is awesome, just a question that non return valve plumbed to ur return pump, did you change or remove the spring it comes with?

Wow, this has been an amazing journey, just some questions regarding maintenance etc.
what is your maintenance program.
how many watts of leds have you got and is it expensive to buy and build your own setup.
Im looking to build a cube to.

My maintenance program is fairly straight forward.

I dose DIY additives every day
Dose my nopox everyday
Clean my filter sock every 3 to 4 days
Once a week I do I waterchange with nsw and clean my skimmer

I have 36 x 3 watt LEDs with 4 x 24 watt kz t5 tubes.

The LEDs was about 2000 if I remember correctly, the prices have gone up a bit though.

I really appreciate it, I see your tank is roughly 550lt, what sort of water change do you do per week and what would you recommend for me. I currently have a 130 lt tank with redsea coral pro.
My nitrates are the only concern at about 15ppm but otherwise all is in order, I have a few fish and softies plus some mushrooms. I would like to get an array of softies like you and would like to know what I would need to dose on daily basis. I use nopox every day to.

My tank is 400 on the dot.

I use nsw to do my waterchanges. I keep my alk at 8.

My nitrates are at 10ppm and everything is doing well.

Dosing for softies? Probably something like fuel

They are a mix of cree, satisled and brightlux

They are a mix of 10 000k, 18 000k, 20 000k, blue, royal blue, 2 reds and 2 uv
 
Nice Lamarck Angel. Still a female.

Mine changed end of last year into a male. About 14cm in length.
