The PO4 reading is misleading i reckon. All that algae is absorbing whats in the tank

All the wonderful info that no one tells you when you set up. These were times I was told to run the tank and the fish added was to cure the problems...

Seems everything is fine. Gonna go get stronger wave makers tomorrow to circulate water faster in the tank. That is all that could still work!

Get a bottle of seachem stability and add as instructed to your tank. It will help to establish the bacteria in your tank

There was a thread a while ago on MASA that NSW is fine for starting the tank and water changes. Must just not let it stand too long and keep it air rated and moving.

I removed my small wave makes and added 2 larger power heads. 1 x 3000l/hour and 1 x 5000l/hour

The flow in the tank looks a lot better. Had to move some rocks around to defend some corals!
