Hi there. I just bought the control unit with 6 plugbar and i whant to now if any way that i can conect it to a laptop and how? What is the basic step i must follow to get it started?

i think you need to buy the cable that connect to your laptop seperatley.....

The software is free, you need to download it from their web site. The cable is a STD serial cable as far as I know.

Yes . It was just a setting that i had to do and need to learn all the stuff that it can do. I need to get the lights on it and will do it this weekend.

You need to c what firmware are on the controller and then have to dowload that on ur pc and then do a upgrade. Thanx to Andries from idol marine and Shaun that help me.
